Plan the aluminum machinery part around its drawing, alloy and required finished condition. This OEM/ODM enquiry includes a selected sand, gravity or die-casting route with optional machining. The casting proposal can be developed from the actual geometry and acceptance requirements, keeping the component definition clear throughout the technical discussion.
Choose the Alloy and Controlled Dimensions
State the complete aluminum designation and the customer-sized drawing for the ordered part. The ISO2768 tolerance reference needs its actual part, class, applicable dimensions and supplied-stage scope agreed. Put those requirements on the same drawing as the finished interfaces so the tolerance document has a defined role in component approval.
Specify the Requested Surface Condition
Identify the substrate, working surfaces and appearance criteria for the selected finish. The named options can then be assessed against the component's required condition and the actual casting or machining scope.
- Sandblasting can follow the specified coverage and final surface requirements.
- Painting can be defined through the approved appearance and treated areas.
- Anodizing can be selected for the compatible alloy and surface condition.
Connect Standards and Data to the Part
Standard-family references are GB, ASTM, AISI, DIN and BS, with the actual governing document and grade to specify. PDF, CAD, IGES and STEP are the drawing-data options. Request applicable ISO9001, TS16949 and RoHS documents with their actual object and supplier scope.
Prepare the Custom Machinery Enquiry
The minimum order is one piece, and standard export packing is named. Provide quantity, final interfaces and material, dimensional and surface acceptance for the ordered component. A complete request connects the chosen aluminum route and optional machining to the actual drawing and its defined tolerance requirements.
